What is WePeople?

WePeople is a multi-tenant team-activity product for engineering leads. It connects the tools your team already uses and turns metadata into a shared monitoring timeline, fair reports, and SPACE scores — without timesheets or surveillance.

Who it is for

Built for teams of roughly 5–50 people where a lead needs early signal on capacity and rhythm. Individual contributors see the same dashboard their manager does — there is no hidden admin-only ranking view.

What you get

  • Monitoring — day / week / month views of presence and delivery events on one timeline.
  • Reports — weekly and monthly rollups with deltas and human / AI-agent splits.
  • SPACE scoring — five dimensions with confidence, not a single stack-rank number.
  • Integrations — Slack, GitHub, and Jira today; your own systems via the developer platform.

What it is not

WePeople does not install agents on laptops, capture keystrokes, read message bodies, source code, or DMs. It reads structured metadata from connected tools. See the privacy model and trust model.

Same data for everyone

Every IC sees the same monitoring surfaces as leads. Pausing contribution tracking is visible — gaps are not silent.
