Five dimensions. Full math. No black box.

Satisfaction, Performance, Activity, Communication, Efficiency — each with its own engine, benchmarks, and confidence indicator. Per-role weight profiles ship out of the box and can be customized without an enterprise contract.

Five dimensions, not one

Satisfaction, Performance, Activity, Communication, Efficiency.

Each engine runs its own math against configurable benchmarks, and reports its own confidence.

S1/5

Satisfaction

Derived from after-hours ratio, break frequency, and on-call recovery. AI agents skip this dimension — it does not apply.

P2/5

Performance

Throughput signal: commits, PR merge rate, cycle time, story points completed. Benchmarked against your org's configured targets.

A3/5

Activity

Active minutes per day with a bell-curve target — both 'too low' and 'too high' penalize. Noise-controlled via a minimum-day threshold.

C4/5

Communication

Messages and reactions per effective hour, response latency, channel breadth — framed as density, never as a 'chattiness' rank.

E5/5

Efficiency

Effective time as a ratio of active time. Breaks are a feature, not a deduction — they signal healthy work sessions.

The thing we refuse to ship

Why we refuse a single 'top performer' score.

A composite number invites stack-ranking. Stack-ranking invites gaming. Gaming ruins the signal. We publish five scores with confidence indicators — so the conversation is about *which dimension* and *how confident the math is*, not who is winning an imaginary league.

Not on our roadmap
A single 'top performer' composite score
Leaderboards ranked by that score
Percentile buckets used for performance reviews
Hidden manager-only metrics the IC can't see

Role weight profiles

Role weights, out of the box — customizable without a sales call.

Default profiles ship for Developer, Designer, Manager, Product Manager, Data Analyst, DevOps, QA, Support, Sales, AI Agent, and a Custom fallback. Override any weight from the org Scoring page.

Weights are percentages that sum to 100% per role. Customize any cell from the org Scoring settings — no enterprise contract required.

Confidence is first-class.

Every dimension ships with a confidence rating — high, medium, low, or insufficient. A 7.2 in Performance with 'low' confidence is a different conversation than a 7.2 with 'high' confidence, and both deserve to be visible.

High

Enough days, enough events, all integrations reporting.

Medium

Partial integration coverage or short window.

Low

Sparse events; treat deltas as directional, not absolute.

Insufficient

Not enough signal — the dimension is held back from the overall score.

Replace guesswork with a weekly view you can trust.

Most teams already leave signals in Slack, GitHub and Jira. Pull them into one place in under five minutes — free to start, easy to walk away if it is not a fit.
